PGDM 2024 – 2026 Outbound Training Program

On July 30, 2024, an outbound training program was organized at Pali Beach Resort, facilitated by Juice Adventures, with students departing and returning from Atharva School of Business. The program's objective was to develop essential life skills such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and leadership in a fun and relaxed environment, while also fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie among participants. The day was filled with various engaging activities, including Tic-tac-toe, which promoted critical thinking, collaboration, and strategic decision-making in a group setting. Students also participated in a gun firing activity that tested their focus, accuracy, and mental discipline, boosting their confidence and concentration. Sumo wrestling encouraged teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship through physical engagement, while other activities like climbing, running, and balancing exercises enhanced team-building skills. The program also included pool activities, offering students leisure time to relax, bond, and reduce stress, further fostering a sense of community.
Throughout the program, students were guided by trained facilitators and assisted by faculty members, including Prof. Sukanya Sawant and Dr. Hitesh Sutar, along with admin staff member Aditya. The outbound training program was a resounding success, achieving its objectives and providing students with valuable skills and memorable experiences. The event not only helped students develop essential life skills but also created lasting memories and strengthened the bonds among participants.
