Life lies neither in the future nor in the past! Life is the present moment. In other words, living in the present is the true essence of living. The Social Welfare Club- SPARSH- Touching Lives hosted a successful event “PEACE EDUCATION PROGRAMME” in association with the YOUTH PEACE FOUNDATION on 31st January 2023 for PGDM batch 2022-24. Every day is an opportunity for a beautiful life. One of the best ways to make our lives beautiful is to create peace in our hearts and minds. When we are peaceful, we are able to live with joy, warmth, and fulfillment. Desires, hope, expectations, and ambitions are the driving force of human society. When desires go unfulfilled and they shatter, rays of knowledge enter the human heart at that precise moment, which will teach you the meaning of life, the duties of a human being, the deeds to rise and shine from filth, and the journey of Wonderous peaceful Life. Instead of trying to change a life, adapting yourself to changing situations is the only path to success and happiness. We can also extend this peace to those around us - our family, friends, colleagues, youth, and individuals in our society. Let's strive today to create a peaceful inner world that radiates outwardly and spreads love and harmony everywhere! We look forward to organizing more such Peace Education Programmes in the future.
Recently, AIMS and ASB had been worked with Rotary to plan a Mega blood donor camp from December 29, 2022 to January 1, 2023. Students volunteered and participated in the event. Many students took the initiative to give blood by themselves, while helping to manage the activities. It was a great experience to see all the amazing people who had assembled there to help others accomplish such noble gestures.

Children from 'We Can We Will Foundation,' were exhilarated to spend the eve of Children's Day with students from Atharva School of Business. Our students, under our Social Welfare Club SPARSH, visited the NGO and conducted various activities such as drawing, crafting, reading, dancing and story telling. The children were full of enthusiasm and love for life, meeting them filled us with so much of joy and happiness. They gave us a warm welcome and were the first to initiate by asking our names. Talking to these lovely kids made us realize that in spite of all the challenges, the confidence and attitude which they had, inspired and energized us to live our lives with a smile. This was indeed a well spent Sunday!
Students of Atharva School of Business have been involved in various activities under our social welfare club SPARSH. Yesterday was another fun filled and heart filled day for our beloved students. We visited the beautiful side and a hidden gem of Mumbai on 16th November. All students from the first year batch were part of this initiative of exploring the small villages of Gorai and Manori. We met various families in the locality and tried to understand their day to day activities and way of living.🏠 Our students also cleaned up the stretch of road leading to their houses. And we delved into this alluring journey on bicycles!🚴🏻♀️ It was indeed an exhilarating experience to witness the humble part of Mumbai ! .
This Gandhi Jayanti, our students under our institute’s social welfare club, SPARSH, participated in the Carter Road beach clean-up drive, Swach Bharat Abhiyaan. We are so proud of all our students who, by being part of such initiatives, are leading their lives in a way that is harmonious with the world and our earth.
The seed of 'Sparsh' was sowed by Social Welfare Club with a noble thought of touching lives and initiating things for the betterment of all. Here are some glimpses from the inauguration event held in our campus. Our chief guest, Mrs. Shakuntala Majumdar enlightened us by her valuable thoughts and experience.
