An industrial visit spanning Chandigarh, Kasol, and Manali provided PGDM students of Atharva School of Business with a comprehensive learning experience from 28th February to 7th March 2024. Led by faculty Prof. Sandeep Rasal and staff Ms. Neeta Deshpande, the journey encompassed factory visits, cultural exploration, and adventure activities. From delving into tractor manufacturing processes at Indo Farma Equipments Ltd. in Baddi to embracing the spiritual aura of Manikaran Sahib and the adventurous spirit of river rafting in Manali, students absorbed practical insights while enjoying scenic beauty and recreational moments. The trip culminated with a visit to the Rock Garden in Chandigarh before returning to Mumbai, leaving students enriched with diverse experiences and newfound knowledge crucial for their future professional endeavors.

Spread over four enriching days, the students explored the historical marvels of Jodhpur and Jaisalmer, by delving into a captivating blend of cultural immersion, historical significance, and industrial innovation.
Click hereAtharva School of Business organised an industrial visit to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer (Rajasthan) for a week for PGDM Semester-1 students (2021-2023) batch in order to enhance their practical stimulation and to let them having an overview on the activities related to manufacturing and other operational activities that takes place in different industries.
Students visited two prominent industries of Jodhpur (Rajasthan) which involved Kansara Bearings Ltd. and Saras Dairy India.
The Visit was organised under the guidance of Hon. Director Dr. Harshita Kumar.
On 22nd August 2019, 2018-20 batch of PGDM students with Prof. ReenaPoojara and Prof. Harsh Modi visited Chandigarh and Amritsar with an aim to visit 2 factories and also explore the local and tourist spots.

The PGDM students visited Ace Manufacturing Systems Ltd. which is one of the largest CNC machine tool builders in India today. The company has expertise in manufacturing of CNC vertical machining centers, CNC horizontal machining centers and in providing manufacturing solutions centered around these products. The company was started in the year 1994 and has been able to install over 8000 machines locally and globally in total ever since.

P. P. Rubber Products is engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting casual and formal Poddar footwear and employs about 500 people with annual turnover of about Rs. 75 crore
It has state-of-the-art fire and chemical protection safety systems installed to safeguard men and materials
