With a view to align the students with the HR practices and policies, Atharva School of Business's HR Club was created and a splendiferous event was conducted on 7th November 2023. The event was graced with the presence of Dr. Henry Babu, the Director of Atharva Institute of Management Studies as a Chief Guest along with him Industry expert and eminent stalwart from the field of HR Mr. Kishore Shankar Karmalkar, Vice President-operations Control and Quality Systems for Pangulf Technologies Pvt. Ltd was the guest of honour. With them Prof. Mandira Kamble, a distinguished academician in the field of Human Resource Management was also invited as a guest.

ASB'S HR Club aims to focus on connecting the students with the corporate world by meticulously handling the flow of information through different learning sessions and competitions. The whole operation of the Club is about grooming students with HR knowledge and experience before they step out in the corporate world. The Club members adopted the name HRidya - not merely as a wordplay but to also serve as a constant reminder to everyone that HR is the heart of any organisation as they deal with one of the most important assets of the organisation and that is HUMANS. The HR club holds a very important place in Atharva School of Business as it brings students from different specialisations together by organising diverse events based on team building and knowledge based concepts. HRidya, The HR Club at The Atharva School of Business is designed in such a holistic way that it promotes students to learn about team building, leadership quality and many more about the different facets of human resource management with the principal objective to emulate and propagate the best practices in the domain of People Management in academic and professional capacities.
